The Fuel Rewards® program (aka Fuel Rewards Network or FRN), is a free loyalty program that helps you save money on fuel at over 11,000 Shell stations, nationwide. Fuel Rewards members with Gold Status save at least 5¢gal on every fill-up. You can earn additional Fuel Rewards savings when you shop, dine, book travel and more. Rewards are cumulative, and there is no limit to how much you can save. Rewards apply to any fill-up, up to 20 gallons.

WAYS TO EARN REWARDS

At Shell: With Gold Status, you’ll save at least 5¢/gal on every fill-up at participating Shell stations. Also, you can earn rewards at select Shell stations when you purchase snacks, beverages, car washes and more.

Dine: Earn 10¢/gal for every $50 you spend dining with a linked Mastercard, Visa, or American Express at more than 10,000 participating restaurants nationwide.

Shop: Earn at least 5¢/gal for every $50 you spend at select local and online merchants.

Travel: Earn 5¢/gal for every $50 spent when you book hotels, flights and rental cars, through the Fuel Rewards program.

With Mastercard: Look for exclusive offers from Mastercard to accelerate your savings.

More: Find additional promotions at select regional grocery stores, other affiliated programs, and online at fuelrewards.com.

Some offers must be activated prior to earning. Use the mobile app to easily activate these offers.

HOW TO SAVE AT THE PUMP

• Use the app to find a participating Shell or other participating fuel stations.
• Enter your ALT ID (or swipe your Fuel Rewards loyalty card) at the pump before you pay
• Watch the price roll back.

Shell is the official fuel provider of the Fuel Rewards program. Participation varies by market.

Mastercard is the preferred payment card of the Fuel Rewards program.

If you are someone who uses a premium gas, this app will usually give you a $.10-.20 discount on gasoline. I use it every week at fill up time.
Great user interface, and easy to use!! Had an issue with my rewards at a faulty pump, called them up and handled immediately! Recommend to everyone!
Its nice to be able to easily see my rewards and the what I need to get there.
Cant beat saving gas especially when Ive gotten 30 cents off a gallon !!!
I love how it alerts you every time you earn rewards ! The program as a whole is great and the app just ads to it, as it helps locate the nearest shell station and keeps track of the rewards redeemed. Definitely recommend it
This is perfect! It tells me what I need to know quickly, thats it!

Some bad moments

Could not use card in my app. When I called customer service she rudely explained I have to get my card in the mail first. It never came! Went back to app and I have to manually initiate/request a card to be sent in the mail! None of this was clear when getting app or when I called! May be valuable if/when I get it.
So this gas station I use says if you purchase more than 8 gallons you get 10 cents in return since they advertise it I purchase the gas not one time has that gas station given me 10 cents its been 5 cents. They are false advertising. I always have to contact support and at least their support help but its requires time and patience. I would rate shells support team 5 stars all the way because they credit me when the gas station doesnt credit me properly. Thank you support
Simply that. You dont get a point even if you use a linked credit card in shell station. Dont give them your info.
I saved the same 3 cents! You said if I downloaded the app I would save 5 cents per gallon! Because of the machine, I dont think I got ANY discount! I signed in, but if I pay inside it voids the Fuel Rewards! Im so livid! This is the only reason I came to Shell!
Takes way too much time for not enough of a reward. I started and stopped using it a year ago and gave it a second shot today and still not user friendly enough or reward heavy enough for me to put forth the effort to keep using it.
Dont bother. You have to spend a ridiculous amount of money just to get a point
